antique Gouda Ink Well art pottery
no chips or scratches other than the one shown in the photo on the inside ring. The first page may look like there is white chip on the rim. It is  not a chip- just less paint before baking
Initially I had this listed as a candle-holder but someone just informed me that it is an inkwell.
